Vladimir DOLZHIKOV, Managing Partner, graduated from the International Law Department of  Turkmen State University and has practiced law since 1994. Before establishing his private practice he worked in the capacity of consultant for State Agency for Foreign Investments at the President of Turkmenistan and participated in drafting the Petroleum Law, compiling the Turkmenistan Investment Guide and drafting several other national laws. In June 1999 he was invited by the Know-How Fund of the Government of the UK to participate in JICAP program as the President of a consulting firm from Turkmenistan. In 2005 he received PhD in civil law.

Sergey MINEYEV has been involved in facilitating business in Turkmenistan since 1995. Sergey Mineyev graduated from the Institute of Law and Economics at Moscow State Industrial University (Russia), majoring in law. In 2000 he participated in the program of the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, and successfully completed the course on the Law of International Business Transactions. In 2003 Sergey Mineyev participated as a business trainer in the seminar "On Aspects of Trademark and Patent Law in Turkmenistan", which was organized by American Bar Association/Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (ABA/CEELI). In 2005 he received PhD in civil law.

Viktor KURUSHIN is a graduate from Saratov State Academy of Law (Russia) and holds LLM degree. Since the graduation he worked for over 4 years as a legal expert with the State Agency for Foreign Investments at the President of Turkmenistan and accumulated hands-on experience of working with foreign companies and investors in Turkmenistan. He advised high government officials on the matters of law by providing legal opinions and memorandums, participating in negotiations and by drafting contracts involving the state as a party. Viktor Kurushin also executed duties of a member of working groups for drafting several laws and acted as an attorney in a number of litigations.

Alexandr TITOV is a graduate from Saratov State Academy of Law (Russia) and holds LLM degree. He participated in fellowship program at Maine Business School, University of Maine. His professional experience includes legal internship in Portland, ME, providing business consulting services for Turkmen companies and non-governmental entities and as a legal advisor to various foreign-aided economic development programs. As a business trainer Mr. Titov provided intensive professional courses and training program for Certified International Professional Accountant Exam Network (CIPAen), Enterprise Development Project of USAID and ICNL Development Program for Civil Society and NGO in Central Asia.

Selvi ANNAYEVA graduated from the International Law Department of the Turkmen State University in 1996, majoring in law. Mrs.Annayeva is a highly proficient leader with proven analytical abilities and organizational skills. She is an innovative and self-motivated tutor, trainer, team-builder and project manager who participated in a number of local and international seminars, workshops and conferences involving leadership and management in corporate structures. She combines profound personnel management skills with in-depth understanding of Turkmenistan legislative structure, which makes her ideally qualified for the position involving a high level of responsibility.
