ACT offers professional services that fall under the category of legal, tax and business advisory services, including assistance in determining the treatment of transactions, identifying potential risks associated therewith, dealing with other taxation and regulatory issues, including customs and currency control issues, as they arise, etc. ACT also offers ongoing consulting over the phone regarding various issues mentioned above. ACT team can also be engaged in more complex matters requiring research and preparation of advices, analytical reports and/or memoranda depending on client's needs.

The area of ACT's expertise covers legal system of Turkmenistan. ACT renders advice on local laws and is particularly engaged in:

• advising on various aspects of national civil, economic, investment, taxation, financial and insurance law;

• providing legal and economic consulting for investment projects in the oil and gas sector, construction, agriculture, textile and other spheres of business;

• representing clients before various government institutions as well as facilitating business negotiations.
